Macaroni & Cheese + Gelato + Hamburger + Angel Food Cake
Homemade Pizza + Strawberry Rhubarb Pie + Bagel
Vanilla Soy Latte + Brunch + Frozen Yogurt
Mexican Food + Haagen Dazs
{ O. M. G. }
Holy crap... best weekend ever.
I thought the food frenzy was going to wind down yesterday... nope! We went out with our kickball team for a post-game treat at a
{ delicious } frozen yogurt store. So naturally after healthy frozen yogurt you have to load up on the Mexican food...
...and so we did!
If that wasn't enough, BF and ran to the grocery store afterward to grab ingredients to pre-make the main dish for "family dinner" Mondays. Of course we couldn't leave without a pint of vanilla bean FIVE Haagen Dazs ice cream and chocolate shell topping.

If you haven't tried FIVE, you'd better run to the store STAT!
And I mean literally run... this stuff is so deliciously addictive, you'll need to start working it off now.

Here's to working out!
PS- If you haven't dropped by Mingle Monday yet - you'd better get to the party and gain some new followers! :)

ReplyDeleteSo happy I found your blog! Love it!
ReplyDeleteHaha, love the food frenzy! Weekends are for enjoying life/good food, weekdays are for working it off. It balances out :) I'm the same way!
ReplyDeleteJust started reading your blog! The precious background drew me in, then I realized how awesome you are, too! Can't wait for more.

You have a new follower from Lady Bloggers. You have a cute blog! Yummy! You had quite a weekend! I have not tried that ice cream but will now! Come and visit me at Mama's Little Chick. Have a great night!

Mmm. That food sounds good! On Sunday I had chicken baked in a clay pot (great!) with steamed rice, steamed carrots and peas, and ending with a homemade chocolate souffle with whipped cream (made with heavy cream). My boyfriend is quite the gourmet cook! Also LOTS of Sunchips!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure ice cream is it's own food group. At least that's how I treat it ;)

LOVE! Have you tried the Starbucks Vanilla Frappacino ice cream? I buy it in the little snack size. It's heaven in a cup!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like just about the best weekend ever. I recently discovered Edy's frozen yogurt = YUM!
ReplyDeleteI really want some Mac & Cheese now... I gave you an award today!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a yummy weekend.
ReplyDelete...Five and fifteen are my favorite numbers, entirely and completely. I MUST try this five ice cream. If it makes you feel better, I can't sleep, and I'm eating cookies that my best friend made for me. :) All I've had is sugar for the last 24 hours. Cheers! :)
ReplyDeleteIce cream is totally it's own nutrition group. So are cake and cookies.:)
ReplyDeleteI gave you a blog award, you can find it over at http://fairweatherdiver.blogspot.com
(I'm not really sure the proper protocol on all this, but I have a feeling you little toe will fall off if you don't pass it on or something...)
