I am completely in love will this year's fall fashion. I've been working on this post for a bit in order to piece together everything I adore this season... Here's my lovely list!
____________________________________________________
1) Feminine Ruffles
I have always been a huge fan of feminine fashion - ruffles, lace... you name it! So happy to see it prevalent in the Fall 2010 fashion line-up. Loving that teal ruffle cardigan from Banana Republic.
It's on my must-buy-asap list!
2) Jeggings
While out and about window shopping this weekend I saw "jeggings" (jean + legging) everywhere. I actually talked myself into trying on a pair of jeggings at GAP and loved them... aren't they so slimming and functional. Throw on an over sized sweater or sheer blouse and pair with heels... good to go!
3) Clogs
Let me be very honest... I have never ever in my life wanted to own a pair of clogs. Ever. However, I kept seeing the trend on the runway and made myself hunt for any cute clogs and they actually DO exist!
Loving this pair from Steve Madden.
4) Animal Print
Animal print is everywhere. Scarves, shoes, handbags. Getting in touch with your fierce jungle side is a must this fall! I'm in search for a sassy over sized leopard scarf... Meow!
5) Nail Polish: Wine Tones & Teal
Being the wino that I am, I love these gorgeous plum wine colors! I can't tell you how happy I was to discover the OPI Swiss fall collection... that teal shade, "Yodel Me On My Cell", must be found asap... mani/pedi time!
6) Studded + Bling Accessories
I'm a total bedazzle-it-up bling girl. Very happy to see studs and sparkle showing up on handbags and clutches everywhere. Totally loving the budget friendly Target clutches.
7) Statement Jewelry
When it comes to jewelry I have always been on the keep it simple side. BUT this season I am drawn to these gorgeous bib necklaces with lots of sparkle - perfect to jazz up any LBD! Left: J Crew,Right: Target.
8) Classic Trench
I've always loved the look of a double breasted trench coat, but have yet to find the one I absolutely love... although digging the top one by H&M and the bottom one by Burberry. So chic!
9) Sassy Detailing
I couldn't love the sassy sheer, mesh, cut-out and lace detailing more than I do! The LC Lauren Conrad fall line for Kohls is gorgeous and affordable (more on this coming soon!).
10) Anything Grey
Color has always been my middle name, but here in the last few seasons I have jumped on the muted tones train! Absolutely head over heels for these grey cutout, peep-toe pumps from Target. Already ordered and currently hitching a ride with my new Target nude pumps via FedEx!

Whenever I wear too many ruffles I feel like Shakespeare though haha.

You've got some serious style...I'm loving your choices and I think I'd buy them all!! I'm currently combining ruffles and jeggings in the same outfit and I love statement necklaces. I'm also a big fan of grey and gorgeous detailing...I recently bought a cardigan that's very similar to no.9, except it's the palest grey. Happy shopping!!
ReplyDeleteAhh, I LOVE jeggings. They are SO comfy! I no longer yearn to change into pjs right when I get home!
ReplyDeleteHi Meg! I love this post...so much in fact that I wrote about your jeggings recommendation in my blog post today :)
