I'm so sorry we had to skip Mingle Monday last week due to my ridiculous week-long illness!
I'm sure you're all just dying to get your name out there and blog hop... am I right?
Well, so far I am having an absolutely stellar morning. I've met with the CEO and cancer liason physicians of a major healthcare system and my presentation went better than I could have ever hoped for. On cloud nine for sure!
How'd your day going? Hopefully if it's less than stellar, we can fix that ASAP and give you a reason to smile! :)
{ Let's get hoppin'! }
Will you pretty please do me a favor?
Will you pay it forward by using the button below in one of your posts today? I can't possibly thank you enough for helping me spread the word - you're too sweet!

The first blog I visited was Laugh Until Your Cheeks hurt... I loved reading about her date night with her husband and I'm thinking of trying the recipe she described.
ReplyDeleteI also visited Sinfully Delicious and read her post about giving up coffee for lent. She is much stronger than I am, but I can sympathize with how bad those withdrawal feelings are!!!
What made me smile this weekend: spending a weekend in our own house (no traveling for once), as well as visits from my mother in law, brother in laws and sister in law!
Hello all!
ReplyDeleteFirst I stopped by Going the Distance. She has a really cute blog design + an absolutely amazing (and easy!) sounding recipe!!
Then I went to Adventure's in Amber-land! It sounds like she had a really good weekend and had a great first date! Here's hoping it starts something good!
Something that made me smile this weekend: just spending time with my fiance'. I don't get to spend that much time with him during the week, so getting alone time where we're not doing school work is awesome!
first off, you are brilliant for starting this idea! I visited Laugh Until Your Cheeks Hurt where Shay posted an awesome recipe she and Cooper made that I can't wait to try!

Hey Meg, glad you are feeling better! Being sick is no fun. This weekend my silly puppy dog made my smile. She is a goofball, and so squishy looking you just want to grab her cheeks and talk baby talk to her!
ReplyDeleteI visited afterburners and apron strings, and I liked her post about wanting to be a teacher, and the subsequent hoops she is having to jump through now.
Then I checked out Adventures of a Self-proclaimed princess, she is too cute, can't wait to read more.
I went above and beyond ,stopping at a 3rd blog to visit Greer's Gossip--she is preparing for a national board thing, and I definitely wouldn't want that kind of stress in my life!
What made me smile this weekend?
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend and I are trying to work things out before officially putting the label of being in a relationship back on Facebook, we went out and later he told me that sometimes he takes me for granted and promised to never do that again. Plus he's been preparing things for me since I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled and he wants to look after me while I recover.. Def makes me smile.
Stopped by Poodleism, I'll go check out more later!
Congrats on a good presentation!
ReplyDeleteHmm what made me smile today, has got to be the fact that I am going from freelancing to Perm at my job and won't have to worry about getting the boot at any given time!
I stopped by AOG and loved her NAIL POLISH section my new addiction!!!!!
And For The Women had me cracking up, she wasn't lying with that post on TOM lol

ReplyDeleteWhat made me smile this weekend was running my longest run since my half in november, and without that nagging pain i had all last fall in my foot!
I visited 25 before 25. She did a love/don't love post--i hadn't seen a post like it before. Very clever!
