This is a short work week for me, which explains why I am in such a fabulous mood today! The weekend was a complete blast with tons of friends, but I'm in desperate need of working out, doing laundry, and packing for my Colorado trip!
How are you guys doing today?! Is everyone hanging in there? Well, let's get this party started and catch up on some great blogs, shall we?
{ Time to mingle! }
Pretty Pretty Please...
Pass on the Mingle love. Slip it in a post. Share with a friend. Anything.
As always, if you can find a special kind spot in your heart to want to spread the word, I would love that!
{ Thank you!! }

Wishing you a beautiful week!
My biggest pet peeve and my husband would whole-heartedly agree is when people say "I know, right?". Seriously, people say it all the time. Also, I have so many pet peeves related to driving.
ReplyDeleteI also have pet peeves that have to do with driving...especially when people don't use their blinkers!
ReplyDeleteBiggest pet peeves
ReplyDelete1) Unnecessary voicemails.
"Hi, it's me, call me back!"
...Mom, I love you, but I know that it's you. When I see that I missed your call, I will call you back ASAP.
2) Going 60 mph in a 75 mph zone in the left lane. get over slow poke!
3) Rude people.
I can't stand when people just text "K"!
ReplyDeleteAnd when people with a cart full of groceries don't let someone with just 1 or 2 items go in front of them...
These are such good ones!
ReplyDelete@Rachel - YES! "K" - I think everyone should know better than texting a partial word!
I stopped by "Nothing rhymes with Rachel" and she posted about her weekend as well as some really cool inspiration pictures for her birthday party coming up! The second blog I stopped by was "That's the plan" and she posted pictures from her weekend. Looks like she had fun and got to eat some tasty treats!
ReplyDeleteMy pet peeves? Oh, I have many. But since I just drove home from campus in 40 minutes of traffic, that's on my mind. I despise people that speed up to pass you, get over in front of you, and slow down. What the heck people????
I stopped by Rachel's page as well! And began following "that's the plan"... She had an awesome tray of choco chip dip that I want the recipe for lol.
ReplyDeleteOmg...my pet peeves? Def people that cannot drive. Please use your blinker and stop gong soooo slow. Also... When drawers are left open lol... Has anyone seen Date Night!?
My biggest pet peeves is a lack of manners - anyone who does not say "please" or "thank you" really gets my goat. I work with children and it is a big bug-bear with them, but when an adult has no manners? Inexcusable!
ReplyDeleteI looked at "running backwards in stilettos". I like the 10 day challenge she has been doing :)
Stopped by Amanda's blog and shared the recipe for the choclate chip dip :). I also discovered her awesome etsy store!
ReplyDeleteAlso visited Bethani's blog which was fun to read and made me very hungry for some cheesecake!
Happy Monday! Thanks Meg for hosting this each week :)
ReplyDeleteI visited life in the moment, who has a fun recap of Sunday (including some delicious looking cookies!). I also visited a little bit of everything, who is featuring the best use of a Wordle I have ever seen - so excited about it!
My pet peeve is when people block sidewalks by standing and chatting or walking super slow. Yeah, I'm an impatient college student :)
Pet peeve: I hate clumps of dog hair floating around my house. WORST THING EVER.
ReplyDeleteAnd of course, I have two massive, hairy dogs.
Yay for me!
Ohhh, lots of people I haven't visited yet...how exciting!

Happy Monday!!! I can't wait to take a look at some new blogs!
ReplyDeleteQ: Pet Peeve?
A: When people don't appreciate when you do nice things for them. Please and Thank You's go a long way folks!!! I also don't like negativity! Life is too short not to go out there, change something and live happily!
Thanks for hosting Mingle Monday!
XO Lucy
I stopped by Virginia Beach Housewife, and she's celebrating her son's 18 month birthday with a cute Pinterest-inspired idea. I also stopped by A Little Bit of Everything, who has a fun art idea made from Wordle. Such great ideas from both of these girls!
ReplyDeleteOne of my biggest pet peeves is spelling. I know this makes me look like the English nerd that I am, but "its" and "it's" are not interchangable, just as "your" and "you're" are not. Don't even get me started on the use of apostrophes!
Hopefully that's not too harsh... :)
Pet peeve: the word "anyways." ::Gags::
ReplyDeleteMarried in the Middle of Nowhere has some awesome DIY art projects, like a duct tape flower (say whaaa?!) and paint chip art. Genius.
I Dream Loudly has the most adorable baby boy Leif ever. Check him out!
It bugs me when people walk really slow and take up the entire sidewalk.
ReplyDeleteI stopped by Rachel's site, loved the fall party ideas. The leaf cookies look so nice.
I have lots of pet peeves and I'm not sure I can narrow it down to one. I really hate it when people block sidewalks and aisles so other people can't get through. Can't wait to check out everyone's blogs!
ReplyDeleteBiggest pet peeve as of this week?
ReplyDeleteA parent of one of my students just tried to "friend" me on Facebook. That's stalker-rific in my opinion considering I just met this parent last week! I do not mix social networking with parents anyway!
Oh, and slow walkers are always a pet peeve of mine :)
Thanks for hosting, Meg!
I visited For Love of a Cupcake, and she was talking about her weekend events and her upcoming engagement party where the two families will meet for the first time! eeek! :)
ReplyDeleteI also visited Nothing Rhymes with Rachel and she posted a ton of party inspirations, all of which are super pretty!
I stopped by Life in the Moment and I loved her snapshot of her Sunday. She also had delicious looking pumpkin cookies on there!
ReplyDeleteMy biggest pet peeve is people who walk slow and people who say "Um" after every other word.
