I kept myself busy with seeing friends and family while Adam is out of town on a business trip {miss that boy!}. Everything from girls night in sweats to a wedding shower to a family brunch. It was a very lovely weekend!
I know I have been very MIA lately, so I'm hoping to be a better blogger this week! But don't worry, I have been getting your e-mails/tweets/etc. and have been reading your blogs from afar!
So let's make up for missing Mingle Monday the last two weeks... shall we?
{ Time to Mingle! }
Pretty Pretty Please...
If you could find it in your big heart to pass the Mingle word along... I will love you forever and ever and ever... and ever.
In all seriousness, I truly appreciate each one of you who take an extra minute to go the extra mile for me. I cannot thank you and your sweet generosity enough!
{ Many thanks! }

I saw Safe House last week and it was pretty intense! I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! It was a good one though.
ReplyDeleteOk, this is my first time posting with you so I hope I'm doing this right!! http://www.meganshay.com/2012/02/mingle-monday-blog-hop-life-of-meg/
ReplyDeletehi chickadee! im glad you had a fun weekend! the best movie i have seen recently was 'midnight in paris' OR 'the young victorian!'i had the yv recorded and watched it when the boy was at work :) xo
ReplyDeleteI've seen so many terrible movies lately, I feel like my brain is mush!
ReplyDeleteI do want to see This Is War, though I'm sure it will be horrible, I really want to watch a cheesy chick flick with some hot guys in it...
I watched The Vow with my sister for Valentine's Day. It was good. The previews pumped it up to be AH-mazing and I don't quite feel it lived up to the hype, but was genuinely a good movie.
ReplyDeleteI saw the movie 50/50 a few weeks ago and thought it was excellent!
ReplyDeleteI saw The Vow and liked it!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, girlie! Love these kinds of link-ups :)
ReplyDeleteThe best move we've seen recently is Win Win. It's a pretty funny movie with a good message!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed The Vow, which we watched for Valentine's Day.
ReplyDeleteI went to Hi from Texas! She had a serious post today, but definitely one worth reading for all us ladies and our health. I also went to J's style who had a cute story about getting caught taking her pictures of herself in the park :)
ReplyDeleteA movie I rented recently was Water for Elephants. I know I'm waaay behind on this, but I did love it!!
I visited The Heart of Life and it seems like we have a lot in common :)
ReplyDeleteI also stopped by Greetings from Texas and she had a very informative post for the ladies today!
Thank you for hosting, as always!
ReplyDeleteI can honestly say, I don't know when the last time I saw in theater or rented a good (new) movie! I live in Japan and our military theater is an auditorium showing movies that debuted in the states months ago. Movies just aren't a priority anymore!
Crazy, Stupid Love (rented) and Ides of March (in the theater in Nov., but you can rent it now!).
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Texas is a great place to visit if you want a good laugh...Megan had me in tears I was laughing so hard at a few of her posts! Even when she shows her serious side, she throws some humor in, which I love! :)
ReplyDeleteI also checked out Happy Girls are the Prettiest Girls and can't wait to see what great beauty tips she decides to share. Hair and make up are not my strength - I could use her help!
Hi- I visited "for Lauren and Lauren". Her blog started as a way to keep in touch with her sister and sister-in-law and it is full of uplifting thoughts and crafts...a great read.
ReplyDeleteThe best movie I've seen recently is probably Alice in Wonderland (the Tim Burton version...I know, I'm terribly behind the times)
Dropped by at "Cornflake Dreams" and loved Jillians collection of stud earrings. Ashley over at "The Heart of Life" managed to find a sale going on (I envy her)!!!
ReplyDeleteThe best movie I watched recently must have been "Immortals" (I love Greek mythologies...always fascinate me:)
Thank you for hosting!
