I put my child to bed, sit down on the couch and relax with a book. If I don't get an hour to decompress at night, I feel off.

ReplyDeleteOh good Lord, how do I destress? Um, I'd probably get a body scrub or facial at work, if not I'd come home, get into my PJs and paint my nails. Then I'd cuddle with my fur-babies and catch up on my DVR, while ignoring my phone. :)

Best way to relax? I love sitting down with a good book. I also love hopping on the elliptical for a run or taking a long walk outside. And shopping is always therapeutic!

One of my de-stress favorites is red wine and laying on the floor in my room stretching or using a foam roller and listening to Norah Jones. Not only does my mind drift away, but so does the stress from my body.
