(we're in our teens, people!), I knew I really needed to use this last weekend to shop for outfits! As always, there is the honeymoon beachy attire that needed to be found, and that's been going well (update/photos soon!).
BUT, I also needed to find an outfit for the bridal luncheon AND a dress for the rehearsal dinner.
After weeks and weeks of searching... I finally found the dress!!
I should've known Anthropologie would save the day...
{Darn you, and your super cute *expensive* clothing!}
Ever since I picked up the Spring catalog and laid eyes on the gorgeous gold and fuchsia textured Jardim Lace Dress, I fell in love. The silhouette is oh-so-1950's (which I love). It's super unique with ultra feminine applique details and scoop back.
Last weekend, my mom and I were stocking Anthro for the dress, and it hadn't come in yet. Luckily, my friend is the store manager and gave me the scoop that the dress had finally arrived... {Thanks, Leslie!}
As soon as I tried it on and saw the look on Adam's face, I knew it was the one. He told me I just glow in it, and what girl doesn't want to glow the week of the wedding?
The dress fits like a glove and is super flattering. I feel pretty twirling in it... and let me just tell you, it is definitely a twirl-worthy dress!
I found beautiful drop earrings from Ann Taylor to add to the elegance. I also plan to complete the look with my super comfy, nude Nine West peep toe slingbacks, gifted to me by my dear friend Sarah for her wedding.
Yup, I know those ones up in the photo are Jimmy Choo...
...but girlfriend can't afford $875 heels (or find a photo of the ones I own and love)! ;)

So what do you think?
A perfect fit for a fabulous evening?
