I've been obsessed with making green smoothies!! I prepare everything at night and then in the morning throw it all in the blender.. yum yum yum.

I'm with Jennee-- during the spring/summer, I'm eating fresh fruit constantly. And also whole wheat goldfish-- not the best thing in the world, but not bad either.
ReplyDeleteI just discovered unsweetened chocolate almond milk. I have been using it with all kinds of fresh fruit to make smoothies. I love it!

ReplyDeleteFruit with cheese, or sliced up veggies with hummus! Basically a carb + protein of some sort seems to tide me over until meal time!

ReplyDeleteMy NEW healthy snack that I am loving is Homeaid Goat Cheese! We made are own yesterday and I am addicted to it! It is sooooo yummy! :) We added garlic and herbs to ours! :)

Almonds, but they haven't been loving me so much so I have switched to fruit, specifically grapes. I think it is something about that hand to mouth movement that I need and grapes give it to me.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the new job! My fave healthy snacks are fresh fruit. Strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries look so appealing, you won't want anything unhealthy.
ReplyDeleteMy fav healthy snack are mixed berries sprinkled with flax seed and greek yogurt for dipping. Yumm!
