So thrilled you stopped by for a little Mingle Monday fiesta with all of your favorite bloggers. Let's get this party started and I hope you will help me spread the word!
If you haven't stopped by le blog before, I can't wait to get to know you! Leave a comment and I will happily welcome you! Thanks for stopping by!
And for all of those who left such kind notes, comments, and emails of comfort after my grandpa's passing, I can't tell you how much I appreciated the words of encouragement and prayers! They were definitely felt on the day of the service and I had a welcomed sense of calmness and joy. Thank you so much.
HOW TO MINGLE

As of right now 100% of advertisement sponsorship proceeds now go to my charity of choice, the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. There are dozens and dozens of Hope Lodges across the country that give cancer patients a free place to stay while out of town for cancer treatment - such a cool place!
With just $10, you can get a month long ad and know that it is going to help real cancer patients and their families. So please join me in my fundraising effort by becoming a sponsor HERE!
With your help, we have raised more than $315 so far to help cancer patients and I delivered the money 3 weeks ago - so thank you everyone! Go visit these blogs/shops - they are awesome!

I just came to this link up. Thanks so much for hosting :) I made enchiladas for Cinco de Mayo and I am going to attempt to convince my boyfriend to take me to get a margarita when he's done with his final.
ReplyDeleteI have spent Cinco de Mayo studying for finals...no fun for this girl!! Have a margarita for me!!
ReplyDeleteI ended up doing nothing for cinco de mayo; how lame am I? I hope you had a good one though!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear of your loss. I don't think I've ever celebrated cinco de mayo before… it doesn't seem to be an event here in Canada. I do love mexican food, of course, and I've definitely had my share of margaritas!
ReplyDeleteIt's funny that I live near Los Angeles, where the Cinco De Mayo celebrations are the biggest of all, and didn't do anything. Oh well - next year! I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather. He seems like such a funny and genuine person.
